How to Enrol
Enrolling is simple! Just follow one of the options below:

Option 1
1. Select your course
2. Contact a local agent, they will be able to guide you through the enrolment process.
Contact us to get a list of suitable agents in your country.

Option 2
1. Select your course
2. Print a copy of the Enrolment Form and complete all details.
3. Attach copies of all academic qualifications:

  • School reports.
  • Examination certificates.
  • English language test scores -such as IELTS

4. Return your application to AICA
If your application is successful, you will be sent a Letter of Offer. This will contain your course requirements, fees payable and the date your course will start.

To accept this offer of a place, it will be necessary to pay the fees and charges specified in the Letter of Offer. This will include initial course fees and the Overseas Student Health Cover charge if applicable.

Language Requirements
Overseas students require one of the following scores in a language proficiency test, when enrolling in a Certificate and/or Diploma course:
IELTS: 5.5
TOEFL (Computer based): 195
TOEFL (Paper based): 530
TOEIC: 700

Tuition Fees Payment
International student can choose from two options to pay their fees:

1. Pay in full prior to commencing your course.
2. Payment in full at the commencement of each term.

Visa Procedures
If you wish to study for longer than 12 weeks, you will require a Student Visa. Further information regarding visas is available from the Australian Embassy, Consulate General or an educational agent in your country. If you are already in Australia you may be able to apply to change your visa on-shore, please contact DIMIA for further information.

The minimum requirements of the Australian Government are:

• A letter of Offer and Confirmation of Enrolment from the AICA
• A medical check-up
• Proof of financial support

Medical Insurance
You must have acceptable health insurance cover for the period of your intended stay in Australia.

To meet this requirement, you should pay for overseas student health cover (OSHC) , which will provide you with medical and hospital insurance.

AICA can organise the OSHC premium for you and arrange to pay the health insurance cover on your behalf; Alternatively you should obtain it yourself and provide evidence to the office processing your visa application that you have OSHC.

Working while you are traveling
All initial student visas granted do not provide permission to work in Australia.

Students will only be able to apply for a student visa with work rights after they arrive in Australia and only after the student has commenced their course of study. International Students are limited to 20 hours' work per week while they are studying their preferred course.
