The aim of the English for Academic Purposes (EAP) course is to equip students with English language structures and conventions used in Australian academic and vocational study settings. The different levels of EAP are aimed at meeting the varying academic pathway needs of students and the varying entrance requirements of their next course.

The EAP course aims for the student to achieve proficiency in the areas of reading, writing, listening and speaking. The course will be run simultaneously with student's chosen vocational course at AICA Education. EAP is structured to accommodate and assimilate students quickly into the class culture and each unit is self-contained.
