How do I enrol?
Go to enrolments or call 07 5532 0042

Do I need an OP score to enrol into AICA Education courses?
No. All courses have a minimum English requirement and some you will need to show a portfolio of work. (See the course outline for more details).

Can I get Austudy?
AICA’s full time courses are nationally accredited and therefore Auststudy can be applied for through Centrelink
www.centrelink.gov.au 

When are my fees due?
Student fees are due 2 weeks prior to the beginning of each semester.

What transport/parking are available at each campus?
All campuses are centrally located and on the Surfside bus route. Ashmore Road and the Pegasus Centre have free parking within walking distance to the campuses. The Huntington campus has off-Street parking (A fee applies see administration).

Do I need to have my own laptop?
Students are required to have their own laptop (Apple or PC) and the relevant software.

Can I access the internet?
Students have access to wireless internet at all campuses. See your teacher for the password. (Please note AICA’s acceptable use policy).

If I have concerns or I need support who can I go to?
Students from time to time need personal and academic support. Students are encouraged to contact our administration or
student.services@aica.edu.au  to arrange an appointment with one of our counsellors or course co-ordinators.

How many hours will I have to attend the college?
All students are required to attend college 20 hours per week, usually 2.5 days per week.

Does AICA provide a pathway to University?
Yes AICA has agreements with Griffith, Bond, CQU and Southern Cross Universities.
